The aircraft departed on 7 May 2012 and was later reported missing. It was found by search and rescue authorities on 10 May. The TSB will gather information and assess the occurrence.</description>

Of the 33 outstanding air recommendations assessed in 2012, one progressed to &quot;fully satisfactory&quot;, two regressed and 27 remained unchanged. The remaining three recommendations saw slight improvements in 2012.</description>
