TSB Quarterly Review — Second quarter 2015-16

ISSN 2369-7954

October 2015

Chair's message

Diligent in delivering our mandate, the TSB released 11 investigation reports and deployed to 12 new transportation occurrences across the country since my last message at the beginning of July. Further, in continuing to highlight the TSB's 25th anniversary, we published three more videos showcasing our employees, and one more employee blog.

During this previous quarter, a stakeholders' consultation was completed. It served to find out more about our stakeholders' general perceptions and attitudes regarding the TSB's mandate, products and services. I wish to personally thank those of you who took the time to participate in either the online survey, or in a phone interview. Your input will help us as we strive for excellence in our service delivery, and I can assure you that we will be addressing the areas where improvement is required. The report is available here. More details on our next steps will be communicated in coming months.

This Fall expects to be busy as we continue to release our investigation reports and tackle some of the stakeholder consultation issues. Thank you for your ongoing collaboration and support as continue to advance transportation safety together.
