Investigation report: December 2019 collision with terrain of a Cessna 172H near Stewardson Inlet, British Columbia
Richmond, British Columbia, 30 June 2020 — Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A19P0187) into the 21 December 2019 collision with terrain of a Cessna 172H near Stewardson Inlet, British Columbia.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
