In 2004, there were 2220 reported accidents, 1489 mandatorily reported incidents, 781 voluntarily reported occurrences, and 186 fatalities.
In 2005, there were 2276 reported accidents, 1373 mandatorily reported incidents, 704 voluntarily reported occurrences, and 192 fatalities.
In 2006, there were 2155 reported accidents, 1326 mandatorily reported incidents, 710 voluntarily reported occurrences, and 167 fatalities.
In 2007, there were 2112 reported accidents, 1410 mandatorily reported incidents, 920 voluntarily reported occurrences, and 154 fatalities.
In 2008, there were 1901 reported accidents, 1464 mandatorily reported incidents, 742 voluntarily reported occurrences, and 163 fatalities.
In 2009, there were 1740 reported accidents, 1357 mandatorily reported incidents, 616 voluntarily reported occurrences, and 157 fatalities.

In 2004-2005, there were 75 investigations started, 102 investigations in process, and 115 investigations completed.
In 2005-2006, there were 78 investigations started, 105 investigations in process, and 75 investigations completed.
In 2006-2007, there were 69 investigations started, 120 investigations in process, and 54 investigations completed.
In 2007-2008, there were 70 investigations started, 108 investigations in process, and 82 investigations completed.
In 2008-2009, there were 64 investigations started, 84 investigations in process, and 88 investigations completed.
In 2009-2010, there were 65 investigations started, 76 investigations in process, and 73 investigations completed.

In 2005, there were 489 marine reported accidents, 227 mandatorily reported incidents, 121 voluntarily reported occurrences, and 20 fatalities.
In 2006, there were 472 marine reported accidents, 216 mandatorily reported incidents, 114 voluntarily reported occurrences, and 18 fatalities.
In 2007, there were 458 marine reported accidents, 228 mandatorily reported incidents, 128 voluntarily reported occurrences, and 14 fatalities.
In 2008, there were 420 marine reported accidents, 248 mandatorily reported incidents, 90 voluntarily reported occurrences, and 25 fatalities.
In 2009, there were 390 marine reported accidents, 228 mandatorily reported incidents, 74 voluntarily reported occurrences, and 16 fatalities.
