Investigation report: May 2019 collision with terrain on takeoff in Saint-Cuthbert, Quebec
Dorval, Quebec, 13 January 2020 – Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A19Q0073) on the 24 May 2019 collision with terrain on takeoff of a privately registered DTA Voyageur II ultralight in Saint-Cuthbert, Quebec.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
